Here, at the Hippo Cafes' "A Little Taste of Italy," we specialize in old- fashioned, hand-made Italian pasta, Italian specialty entree's, Pizza, Calzones, Stromboli and from scratch Italian desserts.

Our pasta is hand made without preservatives, using the finest semolina and wheat flour, fresh eggs, and a just a touch of extra virgin olive oil. Our all-natural process gives our pasta that old-world freshness!

Our Italian specialty, entrees' feature, Veal, Seafood, Eggplant, Chicken, Sausage and our hand made Meatballs, made from my grandmother's recipe, which is over 100year old .  Our crowning entrée is our Lasagna. We create each Lasagna one at a time-made fresh when you order-coming straight from our oven hot,

fresh and  delicious!!!

Our Pizza dough is made fresh daily, creating our Naples-inspired Pizza,  Calzones and, Stromboli. We have a delightfully thin, crispy crust, served with fresh toppings. Our pies are baked crispy and thin- we like to say you get "more pizza for your Pizza" with our signature crust.

We also carry a variety of fine wines from around the world, along with imported and domestic beers. So, come and enjoy!
